This was the worst book I have ever purchased from Amazon or anywhere else for that matter. Two weeks into my coursework the pages started falling out. I had to start gluing pages in place just to keep up with my studies. For the price of the book it should have been better bound. I information in the book was very valuable but I would rather have read a book that didn't require daily repairs.
Such an easy to read book and provides practical knowledge, albeit some pretty obvious, but overall a good helper for my Social Work Practice class. The worksheets in the back that have scenarios for the reader to practice with are really helpful too and push you to think about what you would do in certain situations. I haven't done much of those since they're not required for my class but they are very helpful! I'm sad I only rented, if I would've known how much I would've liked the TB then I would've bought it!
Was missing pages from the practice forms in the back. But it was used and significantly cheaper so o came complain. My teacher demanded we get the newest edition but I found this book, aside from some politically correct corrections and a few changes in the practice questions tp work just fine.

Consider yourself out of luck if you have a chrome book for school. This only works on your phone and we all know how distracting that can be... I would strongly suggest using the cengage website or some other universal website for chrome book users.
Got the book quickly as expected. The only problem is the binding of the book is falling apart. The book seemed fine at first but pages keep falling out and i have to keep stuffing them back in.. its a little frustrating
